Easter Bonnet Contest Rules and Event Details

Hippity Hoppity, Easter’s on its way. The Easter Bunny is bringing every girl and boy baskets full of joy at the 20th Annual Easter Eggstravaganza, presented by Liberty Mutual, where more than 80,000 eggs will be up for grabs. Bring your Easter basket and hop on over to FC Dallas Stadium on Saturday, March 24. The event will be held from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. on fields 9-14 with the egg hunt beginning at 2:00 p.m. sharp.
New this year! There will be a field available for children with special needs. Strollers are not allowed on any of the fields.
Along with the egg hunt, enjoy more hip-hoppin’ fun with bounce houses, face painting, photos with the Easter Bunny sponsored by 3:16 Team Realty and other activities. Learn about upcoming summer camps and classes at the Parks and Recreation Programs Expo. Event sponsors, Liberty Mutual, 3:16 Team Realty, Legacy Christian Academy and Neighborsgo will be onsite at the expo along with class instructors offering demonstrations and answering questions.
Those feeling crafty are encouraged to enter the Easter Bonnet Contest. Make and decorate an Easter bonnet at home, wear it to the Easter Eggstravaganza, and enter to compete for prizes. The contest is open to all ages, so gather your friends or kids and have some fun creating an Easter masterpiece.
