Gather up a basket full of toy-filled eggs at the 6th Annual Aqua Egg Hunt which will be held at the Frisco Athletic Center Indoor Aquatic Center on Saturday, April 12 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Children 2 ½ to 10 years of age should come wearing their swimsuit for this holiday hunt. Participants will gather eggs, enjoy crafts, and have the opportunity to take pictures with the Easter Bunny and other roaming characters. A mesh bag will be provided to collect the eggs in the pool, but participants should remember to bring a basket to take their eggs home.
Registration is $12 for residents and $15 for non-residents. Admission includes, egg hunt, crafts, swim pass for the day and a special treat from the Easter Bunny. Pre-registration is required for this event and is available online or in person at the Frisco Athletic Center. Online registration ends April 11. Registration will be available at the Frisco Athletic Center the morning of the event until 9:45 a.m., if spots remain available.
Check-in for all ages is at 11:15 a.m. Ages 2 ½ - 4 will be located in the Play Pool and begin at approximately 11:30 a.m., followed by ages 5-6 at 11:40 a.m. in the Current Channel. Ages 7-10 will begin at approximately 11:50 a.m. in the Activity Pool. Start times are approximate.
Children ages 7-8 are required to wear a life jacket that will be provided at check-in. Life jackets are optional for ages 9-10.
For participants who choose to stay and swim after the event, please note that Indoor Aquatic Center rules require that children under the age of seven have an adult in the water actively participating with them at all times.
