We’ll be “Twistin’ the Night Away” at the 10th Annual Mother Son Dance which will be held on Saturday, October 8 at Wakeland High School located at 10700 Legacy Drive. This fun and memorable evening will include great music, dancing and light refreshments. Participants are encouraged to dress formally or in their best 50’s attire.
Tickets for the dance go on sale Friday, August 26 at 8 a.m. Tickets are $12 per person and $15 for non-residents. Tickets may be purchased online at FriscoFun.org or in person at the Frisco Athletic Center located at 5828 Nancy Jane Lane, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. – 9 p.m., Saturday, 6:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Sunday, 11 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Both mother and son will need a ticket. All tickets purchased online must be picked up at the Frisco Athletic Center by 7 p.m. on Friday, October 7.
Two dance times are available. Dance times are 5:30 – 7 p.m. for ages four to seven and 7:30 – 9 p.m. for ages eight to twelve. Ages are recommendations only; however, you must attend the dance time for which you purchase tickets.

Photo packages to capture the memories of the evening for mothers and their sons will be available at the event for $22 (payable at the event, cash or check only). The packages include two 5x7 prints and eight wallet-size photos presented in a customized folder. Participants are encouraged to arrive early for these portraits. Photos will begin 30 minutes before each dance.
