Aquatic Center 

 

Our mission is to apply Proactive Safety Measures in order to provide an enjoyable experience for everyone and to protect our customers, staff and equipment. Management reserves the right to refuse admittance and/or remove anyone from the premise who fails to comply with the rules set forth by the City of Frisco. 

Indoor Aquatic Area General Rules

1. Have Fun!

2. Adult/guardians must be at least 18 years of age.

3. Adult/guardians of children 6 and younger must be wearing a bathing suit and actively participating in the water with their children at all times.

4. Adult/guardians of children 7 – 9 must remain in the Aquatic Area at all times.

5. All swimmers are required to take a cleansing shower before entering the pool.

6. Properly maintained swimsuits only.  No denim, cut-off shorts, spandex, etc.

7. Swim diapers are required for young children.  Regular diapers are prohibited in the pool.  Swim diapers are available – ask a staff member for assistance.

8. Anyone having open cuts, wounds, etc. is not permitted in the pool.

9. U.S. Coast Guard approved flotation devices only. No water wings, noodles or inner tubes are allowed.

10. Food is prohibited in the pool area including gum and candy.  No glass containers.

11. No running, diving, flips or horse play of any kind.

12. No swim toys, snorkels or fins.  Masks cannot cover the nose.

13. No animals are allowed in the pool area.

14. Use of cameras and/or video recording devices must have prior approval by management.

15. The City of Frisco is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

16. Contact management for a complete list of pool rules.

17. Staff reserves the right to enforce other rules as necessary to ensure the safety of our members and guests.

 

Big Blue Water Slide

For your protection, this slide is not recommended for guests with physical limitations imposed by conditions such as: recent surgery or illness, pregnancy, back, neck, bone, or other injury, high blood pressure, heart conditions, extreme obesity as well as other conditions.  Riders must report any injuries prior to leaving the premises.  Failure to follow all the rules for this slide can result in serious injury to yourself or others.

2. Please follow lifeguard instructions. Riders must wait for the attendant start signal before riding the ride.

3. Sliders must be at least 48 inches tall and weigh less than 250 lbs.

4. Ride on your back with your feet first.  Cross arms on chest and cross your ankles.

5. No exposed metal, belts or hard objects of any kind.

6. No loose jewelry, glasses, goggles, sun glasses, belts, shoes, t-shirts, jeans or clothing with rivets on the pockets, etc.

7. No kickboards, lifejackets, tubes or floatation devices of any kind on the water slides.

8. One person at a time on the platform waiting for each slide.

9. No multiple riders allowed. Parents can not ride with children in their lap. Do not form chains.

10. No spinning, running, kneeling, rotating, tumbling, stopping or standing inside the flume.

11. No diving from the flume.

12. Hands must remain inside the flume.

13. Sliders must exit the slide area immediately after completion of ride.

14. No horseplay on the stairs, platform or while riding down the slide.

15. Staff reserves the right to enforce other rules as necessary.

 

Outdoor Aquatic Area General Rules

1. Have Fun!

2. Adult/guardians must be at least 18 years of age.

3. Adult/guardians of children 6 and younger must be wearing a bathing suit and actively participating in the water with their children at all times.

4. Adult/guardians of children younger than 10 must remain in the pool area at all times.

5. All swimmers are required to take a cleansing shower before entering the pool.

6. Properly maintained swimsuits only.  No denim, cut-off shorts, spandex, etc.

7. Swim diapers are required for young children.  Regular diapers are prohibited in the pool.  Swim diapers are available – ask a staff member for assistance.

8. DO NOT change children on deck. Please use provided family changing rooms.

9. Anyone having open cuts, wounds, etc. is not permitted in the pool.

10. ONLY U.S. Coast Guard approved lifejackets are permitted.  No water wings, noodles or other floatation devices are allowed.

11. ONLY City of Frisco issued inner tubes are permitted to be used on the Rant ‘N Wave river.

12. Riders of the ‘Rant 'N Rave river must always go with the current.

13. Inner tubes from the river are not allowed in the lagoon pool.

14. Slide riders must be 48” tall to ride and weigh less than 250 lbs.

15. Only one person on each slide at a time.  No multiple riders.  Riders must wait for the lifeguard signal before sliding. 

16. DO NOT spray the lifeguards with the hoses.

17. Food and non-alcoholic drinks are allowed. No glass containers.

18. Coolers are allowed, but may be searched to ensure compliance with facility policies.

19. No running, diving, flips or horse play of any kind.

20. No swim toys, snorkels or fins.  Masks cannot cover the nose.

21. Use of cameras and/or video recording devices must have prior approval by management.

22. The City of Frisco is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

23. No pets or animals allowed in the pool area.
