The Center will host over 40 classes a week at several convenient times throughout the day. Find a class that is right for you and that fits into your schedule. Our flexible hours allow you to take a class before or after work, or during lunch break.
Water Aerobics held at the Frisco Athletic Center are included in our Group Exercise program and are no additional cost to members of the facility. These classes are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Individuals interested in participating in a Water Aerobics class held at the Frisco Athletic Center who are not members, may purchase a punch card containing 12 punches for $45. These may be purchased at the Customer Service desk at the Frisco Athletic Center during regular business hours.
Classes held at the Frisco ISD Natatorium do have a fee and registration is required for these classes. Registrations and payments for these classes may be made in person at the Frisco Athletic Center or mailed to the Parks & Recreation Department, 6726 Walnut, Frisco, TX 75034. Drop-ins for FISD classes will need to make payment at the Parks & Recreation Administration Building located at 6726 Walnut, prior to attending the class.
There will be no Group Exercise on the following days:
May 26 - Memorial Day
July 4 - Fourth of July
September 1 - Labor Day
