Thumpety, Thump, Thump – calling all you jolly souls to join us for the 5th Annual Frosty 5K and Merry Mile. This event is quickly becoming one of Frisco's renowned events. Warm up this holiday season with your friends and family and come enjoy the spirit of this event.
RACE ROUTE
This year we will be utilizing a new route. A map of the new route will be posted soon.
AWARDS
There will also be awards will be given out in the categories of Most Creative, Best T-shirt, Most Spirited and Largest Team. The 5K race will also include awards for the top three finishers in each of the 14 age groups (11 and under, 12-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and over), Best Overall Male and Overall Female and a Masters 40+ Male and Female award. The Frosty 5K is a ChampionChip timed race with timing provided by RunTIME Racing Services.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
All ages are welcome to participate. Youth ages 15 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Those registering to run the Frosty 5K may also participate in the Merry Mile as a warm up. All participants that pre-register to participate in the Frosty 5K or the Merry Mile, will receive a t-shirt.
Individuals and teams may pre-register online here or in person at the Frisco Athletic Center, located at 5828 Nancy Jane Lane, Monday through Friday 5 a.m. – 9 p.m., Saturday, 6:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

In the event of inclement weather, no refunds will be issued.
A portion of the proceeds from the race will be donated to S.O.A.R. (Scholarship Opportunities for Activities and Recreation) Charitable Fund. This scholarship program allows qualified Frisco residents to participate in recreation programs and special events.
