Rooms available for rental:
Multipurpose Room: up to 200 people (or room may be split)
Heritage Room: up to 40 people
Craft Room: up to 24 people
Conference Room: up to 16 people
Pricing varies according to room(s) rented and residency status. To qualify for the Resident rate, you must provide proof of Frisco residency at the time of payment. To qualify for the Non-Profit rates, you must provide a copy of the 501(c)(3) documentation at the time of payment.
The Multipurpose Room (most popular) rents for $150 for the first two hours and $80 for each additional hour, thereafter. Rent the Multipurpose Room and Kitchen together for $175 for the first two hours and $100 for each additional hour, thereafter. Contact the Senior Center for the rental rates on other rooms available.
Rental prices include the use of chairs and tables and in some cases, audiovisual equipment. Time used for set up and clean up is included in your total, chosen reservation time. Set up and clean up are the responsibility of the reserving party.
Reservations are available the 3rd and 4th Saturday of each month. During months when a holiday falls on or near the 3rd or 4th Saturday, the date of availability will change. Contact the Senior Center for verification of times/dates. The reserving party, attendees and event-related activities must be finished and out of the facility no later than 10:30 p.m. No exceptions.
You may reserve a room no fewer than 14 days prior to the date and no more than 6 months in advance. All fees must be paid in full in order to hold the date; partial payments are not accepted. Fees may be paid via credit card, cash, money order or check.
Caterers, DJ’s and other hired entertainment are welcome.
Alcohol is prohibited on the premises.
Charging admission and for-profit moneymaking activities are not permitted.
