Encompassing more than 5,000 square feet, the Men’s & Women’s Dressing Rooms cater to the diverse needs of our members and guests. Whether you are a business professional working out prior to a day at the office, or you are on the go and in need of a quick change of clothes, our large elegant dressing rooms are designed just for you. Equipped with more than 500 lockers, finding the perfect space is not a concern. If your schedule permits, have a seat in the cozy lounge and catch up on the latest scores or daily news.
Family Changing Suites
Our spacious Family Changing Suite is available to our members and guests accompanied by their small children. Equipped with six individual changing rooms, this is the perfect location to take your children as a group to change clothes prior to or after your enjoyable time at the facility. More than 50 half-height lockers are available, and please bring your own lock.
The Fun Club is a special place just for kids that includes games, toys, activities and much more. Kids can come have tons of supervised fun while their parents workout or take a class. The Fun Club includes an infant room, toddler room and two additional recreation rooms for older children. Kids are welcome to visit the Fun Club once a day for a maximum of two hours and parents must stay in the facility at all times. Children ages 8 weeks to 7 years are welcome in the Fun Club.

The Frisco Athletic Center is equipped with all of your fitness and aquatic needs. After completing your workout, or when taking a break from the fun in the pool – stop by the Café to refuel your system. The Café is located adjacent to the main lobby overlooking the Indoor Aquatic Center. With more than 2,000 square-feet, the Café is the perfect location to grab a drink and a meal or to relax and visit with your companions.

All of our six-foot, full-height lockers are available to those interested in renting your own locker in conjunction with your annual or monthly membership. Combination locks are provided with our rentable lockers. At $6 a month or $60 per year, having your own full-size locker is very convenient. Visit the Customer Service Suite on the first floor for more information.
More than 350 of our three-foot, half-height lockers are available for daily use, and you must provide your own lock. Please remember to remove your lock after each use as personal locks left on lockers at closing will be cut off and contents removed.

Our staff of certified, experienced personal trainers offer a variety of personal training options to suit your unique goals.
Whether you are looking for one-on-one guidance or prefer working with a group of friends, we offer a variety of packages to fit your needs. Personal training is an additional, optional service offered to our pass holders. This service is not included in the membership.

Monday thru Saturday, the Zone is a fun, supervised area for kids ages 8 – 12 years. This room is filled with two foosball tables, a pool table, a TV, a Wii game system and a lounge area. Sunday is Family Day in The Zone. During this time the area is not supervised, but families are welcome to come in together. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult on Sunday.

In order to remain fiscally responsible, the Frisco Athletic Center provides complimentary towel service for use in the Fitness Room only. Members are required to use a towel in the Fitness Room in order to wipe down equipment after each use.
Members and guests need to bring their own towels for personal use, such as post-work out showers and for use in the Aquatic Center. |
